Socialism is perfect for people, if only it is being run by perfect designed burocracy and law; not specific leaders. People are still too emotional for keeping that stability. Some of them are passionate about power, some of them are passionate about specific people called as relatives.

In the other hand superior public opinion in the most countries are rich people, and there is no way for them leaving their spare cars, spare villas, spare money even if they forget about some of them.
We have many super luxury villas here, owners only come for a few days in a year. And there are lots of people live in shitty homes around those villas for their entire life. They still think that socialism is evil, because they are well brainwashed by superior capitalist public opinion.

In my opinion: If people below ''gdp per capita'', thinks that socialism is evil and we need capitalism; well, they are idiots.

 

The entitlement culture is known as a bunch of rich white guys who think they are entitled to own everything including all the money and all the human beings and all the fruits of human labor. This warped sense of white superiority resulted in people like Nelson Mandela spending 28 years in prison for the crime of wanting to be free in his own country, and for economic justice for his own people. The white supremacists in South Africa, in Rhodesia, in Egypt, and other Colonized nations did not even allow the local dark skinned people to use the same swimming pools, because they had an assumption about the cleanliness of the dark races. When Nelson Mandela was in prison, the only world leader to visit him at that time was Gaddafi of Libya, who was a socialist. Gaddafi might have had some faults and undesirable characteristics but he did care about the welfare of his own people. In contrast, here in America Trump and the Republicans don't care about the average American citizen.

Also, there are millions of cases where able bodied whites on welfare. IN FACT, the majority of people are whites on welfare. On top of that, there are lots of whites who don't work, because they are alcoholics or meth heads.

 

This must be why I heard several languges on the train the other day and saw 2 different non-Christian religions openly having a meeting in public places. Or maybe why I also see numerous luxury items in my neighborhood. Fine Italian shoes, Rolex, a new German car. To an American this is only possible under their Capitalism. But even when paying some of the highest tax in Europe and having strong hate speech laws people are still doing what they do. There are racists here. Germany was not kind to this region but still it's allowed just not agreed with.

Why is that do you think if you are not wrong? It's pretty socialist here. It's not a bad word but we have anything America does.

I think that in the modern world there's a certain amount of promise that the government will assist when its people are in need. So in that way I disagree, but I think that the ethic you're alluding to is tremendously important. Without that we have no inspiration and I think that our lives would be less fortuitous.

 

America's Congress passed the Sherman Anti Trust Act which set some serious guidelines to regulate dishonest Capitalists. That was in 1890 then when Teddy Roosevelt came to office he helped bring about The Pure Food and Drug Act to protect Americans from dishonest Capitalism. During these years, there were many smart activists who were labeled Socialist by the ones who wanted a free capitalist system so they could rip-off honest Americans. Tough socialist women like Emma Goldman stood in their way. Emma Goldman not only stood up to the capitalist crooks, she also marched in the streets with the working men and women of America. She was also a great supporter of the First Amendment. Her brave trail blazing style brought us great women in journalism, like Molly Ivins and Helen Thomas.

Republican Hubert Hoover catered to The Capitalists and their big business ways. in 1930n he signed The Smoot Hawley Act which raised tariffs on 20,000 imported products. He wanted big business to run free and screw the average American at every turn. Hoover ran for election on the concept of prosperity. His capitalist ways gave us the Great Depression. Today Trump is running on the concept of prosperity and big time tariffs on China, Mexico, The European Union, and other nations. Like the days of Hoover, our economy stinks.

Of course there was only a token attempt to use government policy to pull America out of the Great Depression during Hoover’s time in office. It took FDR and ideas like those of John Keynes to finally start the road to recovery. Programs like the CCC, the WPA, and large public works projects to provided needed employment. And their efforts are still visible in buildings in parks across America as well our legacy of murals, the music of Woody Guthrie, and other public art. Hoover didn’t cause the economic collapse by himself, but he responded by sitting on his butt for 4 long years....just like a more recent President in the face of a pandemic.

No you are wrong. The crash of 29 happened in that year, because of frivolous capitalism. The Great Depression started months later and did not end until America went on the War Effort for WWII.

I'm sorry, but this is such bullshit I can't help but to laugh. We, here in the Nordic countries have the Nordic welfare model that, basically, gives a certain amount of free shit to everybody, or at least helps to alleviate the costs. Affordable health care that doesn't bankrupt you. Free education that ensures people don't grow up to be ignorant retards. Unemployment benefits and subsidized housing, if you're fired from your job trough no fault of your own, so that you don't have to face homelessness and life on the streets. And a reasonably munificent disability pension system, should you fall ill and become unable to work. Add all that up, and the results speak for themselves: Your country now has a bunch of disgruntled people running around looting and burning buildings, because they feel that the system abandoned them and kicked them to the curb. My country hasn't seen riots like these in decades, because everybody has the chance to get government handouts in times of need. It keeps the population pacified, when they know that the system actually gives a damn.

Hey, I get it. It looks so good on paper, when everybody works and pulls their weight. Makes you feel manly. Unfortunately the real world doesn't work this way for everybody. And nobody likes social Darwinism by the time they themselves become the victim. Preaching how "life is unfair" does jack shit to help, whereas giving people free shit helps a lot. Moral lectures about "working hard" don't pay the bills or put food to the table when you face unemployment, whereas welfare bucks do both, with the result that there's no reason to see the system as the enemy, when it actually helped you. This has led to some very peaceful times here. Free shit = peace. If the system expects you to follow its rules, it must then also help enable this with assistance and handouts.

1. as a native person to this land! Laws were put in place, under socialism and being put in place where you live that marginalized people and elevate others.

2. This is my land, my people are from here. This is the ONLY place I can consider home! Back in the 70s, under Pierre Trudeau many many many concerns he brought forward which were not even major concerns, he made a lot of false claims, accredited himself for things he never did. . As Socialists tell me, the people here who also can only consider this home we’re all told we did not exist. We were all immigrants. None of us belonged. We had to look at the bigger picture. Learn about other countries, other cultures, as my culture was not a priority at all. As an assimilated culture was not important as well. The erosion of my culture continues. Was not pushed as a way of life. My people were told we did not exist. Science looks to prove we are immigrants too. Oh the hypothesis of Land bridge, which has been debunked. We said no, we have our history, our history has been passed down through stories, over thousands of millions of years. Your science will not tell us otherwise. We have a culture which continues to be eroded. History in school taught us the history over the last 150 years. Our history is much older than this. It is not European history, it is not African history here. It is not chinas history or middle eastern history, etc... It is the history of this continent. Of my people. Even you put it on the back burner.

3. All of these concerns keeps the majority of the people reeling in anger About current things, forgetting and putting on the back burner my people! Oh we are making history while forgetting the past. As well as an assimilated culture which has many ethnicities, accepting of one another, but socialists have divided that into black vs, white.

Oh I am sorry we as people did not rape this land and build huge monuments, does this mean we were not here? I do not come from Africa, my people have always been here. This is the only life I know. Indigenous people can lay claim to every piece of land. White people to Europe, england Scotland and Ireland. They are indigenous. They identify with where they came from. We, my people identify with lands, as my culture, the culture of this land is swallowed up by cultures from everywhere else. My people are told to assimilate to the socialists thinking, to assimilate into the incoming culture.. people who can only identify as canadian or American of all colours can say this too. It is all they are. Assimilate, get use to it as we are reduced You to a reserve, a small piece of land and hey, we can have casinos and prosper in your world. Indigenous is the UN new word for what my people are! No, we are not indigenous here. We are native, We are aboriginal, but even more so we are the culture of this land. we are Mi’kmaq, we are Algonquin, we are Iroquois, we are Ojibwa, etc... This is our land., not the land for whoever the government decides has rights to it. As immigration increases we are pushed out further, more homes required, more natural habitat removed, Hunting and fishing reduced. Given toforeign countries while locals can no longer fish for their food. Have to go to foreign flights to buy the bicatch aka we didn’t mean to kill and catch that kind of fish. More assimilation pushed on us as we are put to the back of the line. This is killing us, killing our native culture. Do you get that?
