I don’t know if you have had a look in my Wales Lockdown Thread, but if you were in Wales you cannot buy that item under lock down rules, so you would have to stay cold and freezing if your fire had broken down!

Non-essential or essential? What we know about what goods are banned in Wales' lockdown firebreak
First Minister Mark Drakeford has announced that non-essential items should not be sold during the country's firebreak lockdown.

So far the Welsh government has not published a public list of what these goods include.

The supermarkets have also not responded on whether they have been given specific instructions on what they cannot sell.

But information gathered throughout today suggests these items cannot be sold during the 17 days of restrictions:

• Hairdryers
• Stationary
• Kettles
• Phone chargers
• Duvets
• Sheets
• Electrical products

Thing is of course that if people cannot purchase these items in the local shops then guess who will benefit?

Which in turn means those are sales denied our shops who are sinking fast can be sent likely with free next day home delivery to any purchaser in the whole of Wales.
That is a potential 3.1 MILLION people.

Thank you for you'r lovely as usual kind words there very good friend mystic blue.
Yes we are blessed living here, and lock down or no lock down in just one minute we can be on the lovely promenade to go either way to Rhyl/Prestatyn one way or Llandudno/Conwy the other along promenades or coastal paths.
Both ways around 10 miles of walking.

Wales Coast Path
The Wales Coast Path is a designated footpath which follows, or runs close to, the coastline of Wales.
Launched in 2012, the path is 870 miles long and was heralded as the first dedicated footpath in the world to cover the entire length of a country's coastline.

We are off out soon to do some of that.
It’s 11c outside now, but put on a jumper and a decent coat and no worries.
