to the admin, I had a travel journal in here since 2006..is all my effort gone now?i put lots of work in this blog..i had an old and a new blog...can it be put back,please?i really feel bad about this???Skip was able to put my blog back last time when an update was done,because it was gone just like now..please help? tiger
i know that,Meagain..i read about it,but i would feel great if Skip could put my blog in the travel section as a link...it's my life from 1970 up till today..it means something to me,and i will feel it when i lose it..

I did. I just started on it. I only had four entries though, so it's not like you losing 10 years worth of stuff. It's not the end of the world. I have it saved on my computer. But people were reading it, so I'm kind of bummed that we lost it as an option. But I'll put my faith in Skip
What about making threads for them in the "Personal Forums" section("Special Forums"? )? I was reading them!!!
Yeah, I was thinking that. I was never sure how those forums were supposed to be used. Is using them as a blog inline with what they are to be used for?
I'm not sure. I was just thinking specific material, by specific members, would be easier to find in the personal threads. The odds of missing a new blog/journal-type post are high if it is posted in the heavy traffic forums. I hope we still have the ability to follow threads; I haven't gone through enough menus, yet, to know whether or not we have that option now.
I didn't even notice the blog section was gone, but honestly most people didn't use it, or they used it to make one or two entries
