Hi everybody,
Yesterday I went and got my monthly pedicure and the place was busy and as the girl showed me my chair I told her that I’m thinking about having my toes painted in a color. I usually get my toes painted in clear nail polish. But this time I was thinking about changing it as I was looking through all the colors they have there I hear someone say pick a good color and do bro !!! I looked over and their was a guy and his wife getting pedicures and I said I’m looking and so I pick out a dark blue. And as I was sitting down and I went their in bare feet. The guy goes wow you’re barefoot and I told him and his wife that I never wear socks or shoes and the girl that does my pedicure tells them that I come in barefoot and I never wear socks or shoes even in the winter time . And it snowed that night and they ground was wet but I’m use to it. And as we are getting our pedicures we talked about going barefoot and the health benefits of going barefoot. And then I saw the color that his wife was getting her toes done and then her husband was getting the same color hot pink. And I ask him if he gets people looking and saying things. And then we kept talking and they saw my color and both of them said wow you have gorgeous toes for a guy I said thanks and the guy had nice feet his wife had really nice feet . After that I went to Sam’s club and got a few things and then I had a hotdog and a drink and as I was sitting there eating a guy he must have been at least 60 years old ask me who did my toes and I looked at him and then at his feet he had his toe painted a red orange color and I told him snow flake nails solan and he said that’s where I get mine done . I said the do a awesome job with my feet and I told him I get a pedicure once a month and he said he does to and he his friends and there wife’s get pedicures their to . I said awesome and he said you must be a full time barefooter ? I said yes I am and I love it I love the barefoot lifestyle. And he said he does to but when it gets cold he wears sandals I said I understand. I don’t I’m barefoot all year around and I’m use to the every cold weather. We talked a little bit more then he said I love the color and your toe ring I said thanks and we both went our separate ways. Here’s a picture of my bare feet and painted toes.

I have gone fishing a couple times this week and yes I did it barefoot. And it’s been awesome yes a little bit chilly in the morning but the ground has been cool and just right to be going barefoot fishing. I even had some people ask me where are my shoes and I tell them I don’t wear shoes and even my best friend told them that I’m always barefoot even in the winter time. And the guy said yeah I remember you last winter you two were fishing and you were barefoot and it was only 30 degrees Fahrenheit. I said yeah that’s me and he asked me so what do people call you ?? I told him my friends call me barefoot Rick and the people that don’t know me call me the crazy barefoot guy. Then the guy said watch it theirs a hook and I stepped on it and he said didn’t you feel that I said no I did not. I pick up my foot and he was surprised that it didn’t stick in my bare foot. My best friend said see I told you that he walks on anything in his bare feet and my best friend told him that when we went camping he saw me step on broken glass and my bare feet didn’t get cut at all. The guy said you must have really tough bare feet and I said yes I do . He asked me what else have I stepped on I told him on lit cigarettes, broken glass, fishing hooks, I have walked on almost everything outdoors. I told them that when I go camping I never wear boots I’m barefoot I even hunt barefoot and they were amazed that I do all of that barefoot. And then they ask me so how long have you been going barefoot I told them 33 years and I don’t own any shoes or flip flops they were really amazed and I ask them if they go barefoot and they said yes but not like you. I said I go everywhere barefoot even in grocery stores, Costco, Sam’s club fast food places and some restaurants. His girlfriend said wow you go barefoot more then most girls and I said yes I do and she ask if I get pedicures I told them yes every month. Then they said will good luck we said thanks same to you the next time we saw them they were coming back to where we were and we said we are leaving and if they want our spot they said yes and when we started packing up I looked down and both of them were barefoot I said oh so you decided to go barefoot they both said yes and they are thinking about going barefoot all the time. I told them the barefoot lifestyle is awesome and theirs a lot of health benefits of going barefoot. It’s really nice to see a young couple going barefoot you really don’t see that anymore you see them wear sandals or flip flops and walking barefoot. Well everybody keep barefooting.

Today I went to Sam’s club and yes I went barefoot like always. And I was shopping around grabbing a few things and I went down by the snack aisle and I saw a dad with his kids and one of them were walking around barefoot and as I was getting a couple of things down that aisle the little boy he must have been 5 years old said see dad I’m not the only one shopping barefoot that guy is barefoot to . His dad looked at me I smiled and the dad said yes he’s barefoot just like you the kid smiled I smiled back and I hear him say to his dad that guy must hate shoes. All I could do is smiled and laugh . Will I paid for my stuff and I decided to get a hot dog and a drink and as I was sitting down the dad and his kids sat down at the table next to me. And the boy came up to me and asked me if I go barefoot a lot and I smiled and told him I’m barefoot all the time all year around . The boy smiled and the dad ask me if I really do go barefoot all year around and I said yes I do even in the snow . He told me that his son doesn’t like to wear shoes and he go barefoot everywhere but his sister doesn’t she wears shoes or flip flops. I told him I have been going barefoot for 33 years and I really do love the barefoot lifestyle. The dad told me his son is the same way and his mom is the same way to she never wears shoes. I said that good because shoes hurt your feet and will damage your toes and feet going barefoot you will never have foot problems. But if you wear shoes all the time you will develop foot problems. I said you should research it and you will see that going barefoot has a lot of health benefits and he said that he is going to research it . I said well I have to go and I said good by and his son said bye barefoot man I said bye and I smiled . It was a awesome barefoot day today. So everybody keep barefooting..

Hi everybody,
Really don’t see people going barefoot anymore like I use to . And don’t see people or kids going barefoot at the parks of even in their yard . Not like a few years ago when you would see people and kids and teenagers and you don’t see bare feet on the dashboard or windshield of cars or trucks. I use to see at least two or three people at Walmart shopping barefoot now it’s like I’m the only one shopping barefoot. Like today I went and wash both of my trucks and and I was the only one barefoot. Before COVID you would see people at the car wash washing their cars and trucks barefoot and now nobody does that barefoot. Even when I put gas in my trucks you would see at least one other person barefoot but now you don’t. I wish people would start to go barefoot again and save their feet for shoes that harms their feet . And I wish more places were barefoot friendly so the barefoot community could go and be Accepted and not be told that we need shoes to be in stores or restaurants or other places. And I think bare feet should be accepted on airplane. Will everybody keep barefooting.

Hi everybody,
Today I went and had my monthly pedicure and before I went to get my pedicure. I stopped at Walmart to pick up a prescription that I had to refilled. And like always I went barefoot and then I went to get my pedicure and I walked in they ask me pedicure I said yes and then the lady that did my pedicure last time she comes out from the back and she said sit right here. And I notice that she was barefoot . I always see her wearing flip flops but today she was barefoot and I was surprised that she was barefoot. And I said that’s the only way to work is barefoot and she said yes it’s to hot to wear shoes and she also said that every time I get a pedicure I walk in barefoot and I told her that I never wear shoes and she ask me even in the winter you are barefoot? And I said yes I even remove snow in my bare feet and she was surprised. And said that when I come in here in the winter time I’m barefoot and she asked one of the other employees if I come in the winter time barefoot and the guy that did my first pedicure said yes he comes in barefoot all the time. And she ask me why I don’t wear shoes and I told her and she also ask me how long I have been going barefoot and I told her33 years now and I love the barefoot lifestyle. And she said that she loves going barefoot to and today she said that it is going to be to hot to wear shoes so that’s why she is barefoot. I told her I know how you feel and so as she worked on my pedicure we talked and it was great to see another barefoot person working barefoot. And I ask her if her boss is ok with her working barefoot and she said yes and I notice that customers were coming in like crazy today and I notice that a couple of customers were walking in bare feet . I was thinking to myself it’s about time to see other people walking barefoot. I even had a lady just look at me and smiled I said to her I guess you never seen a guy get a pedicure and she said no and she also said that she really never sees a guy walk around barefoot either. And as the lady was putting on the clear polish on my toes the lady that was looking at me said so you getting your toes painted I said I’m getting them painted in clean nail polish. And she said oh ok I told her that I never wear shoes and when people ask me where are my shoes they look at me and then they look at my bare feet and I like my bare feet to look nice and I really take good care of my bare feet. She said wow I never heard of a guy takes really good care of their feet. I said I do and then the lady told me ok you’re done so I went to pay and the lady that did my pedicure was also the cashier I told her to put a 8.00 dollar tip on the price and I told her that she has done a awesome job like always. And then I told her see you next month and she said ok . It was a great barefoot day. Will everybody keep barefooting.
