I got a couple nice records today!! 1) Country Store - A bunch of traditional country songs 2) A victor 78 which i think is from the early 1900's (It has a copyright of 1912 on it (Well several dates... one in 1905,aug 11 1908 and the latest patent said May 1st,1912)) Its only one sided!! (Nothing on the other side) -- The song is 'Ave Maria'

I got DIRE STRAIGHTS - Brothers in Arms today!!!!!! Wow,i have wanted this for awhile...... I have the 45 of this song (MONEY FOR NOTHING) and its a MASTERDISK and sounds excellent!! THE ALBUM IS ALSO A MASTERDISK! (Bob Ludwig) and should sound just as good!! I was waiting in line to pay for 2 movies I just got and noticed a small stack of records off to the side.. I looked thru it and couldnt believe it!! (I was even more happy to see "MASTERDISK" in the middle!! (RL (Rob Ludwig))
I just got "THIS IS THE MOODY BLUES" and it is insanely good!! (1974) I think its a GREATEST HITS collection (2 record set) I also got a 78 Bing Crosby & the andrews sisters (Hot time in the town of Berlin/Is you IS or IS you aint)
Not a big fan but that is actually really cool music to hear from vinyl! Hope you have a good sound system for that :2thumbsup:
