    Depending who I am talking to. Everyday people on the street I would behave like I do normally. However, say I would be applying for a job or something, I would be going in with the mentality that the employer has lower standards in his mind because of my hair, so I would try my hardest to make an even better impression on him.

    in all honesty, i think the only time that my awareness of my behavior heightens is when i'm around black people (which is a lot lol). now that i have locks i am just more aware of the things i say and do that may be (incorrectly) perceived as me trying to "act black" or some bullshit like that.

    i usually look like a trash hobo.i just wear dickies, some kicks, and a ripped up tshirt or hoodie with no shirt but lately i've been working on looking more presentable. ive been picking up some polo shirts and slacks. id like to have a job where i get to wear a suit and tie and wear my locks down.

    something like that happens to me, whenever I speak english to mexicans or anybody of latin descent I have to try to speak the most correct english possible otherwise they think Im trying to act/make fun of latins/mexicans when I am in fact Mexican!! arrrg it annoys me, stupid dna amking me white
