remote car starter?

My son had one...it wound up breaking/quit working and he said he didn't want to go through looking at what to fix. lol but then we live in down south weather.

I can't imagine the weather you're having to get out in.

hell, I have to rake leaves NOW...and yet I'm here. I'm not sure what that says, nor am I sure I want to know.

 

the remote start in my big truck stopped working about 4 winters ago...i never bothered checking why

the one in my little truck never did work right ...i have a complete spare steering column with remote already installed in it but was always just too lazy to do all that work just to swap it

my car is a weird diesel with a special semi auto transmission and factory alarm/starter disable ...remote would be too awkward to install in it and bypassing that crazy electronic key is probably not even possible

 

i dont care what it would cost to fix it, I cant do the cold car shit anymore.. nor live without heated seats.

 

My car came with remote start from the factory...

i just go out and start it then come back in for a bit

doesnt help much on the diesel though...that one seems to only heat up after driving it a bit ...just sitting there running doesnt help much

Nope, it wasn't there and that's why I made a new thread. It really wasn't there on my phone. Even when I followed your link, I went looking for it but to no avail. When Posted my bump it was there.

 

I didn't want it in subscription, just new my new content/recently posted in threads.

Now anyone else wanna tell me how to forum we are gone end up in a good ol' fistycuff.

 

They have done the rink at the school behind my place and there are a bunch of kids out skating and playing pick up hockey. Nice to watch them. From inside of course....

LOL It is just fun to see them out and skating. This is what it looks like. In the summer it is tennis courts. Anyone can use the them. Kind of nice as it costs nothing and is open until 10 each night.

 

It is good that a recreational ground is made for the youngens. Gets them out of the house.

 

I seemed to have upset quite a few people on a new forum. whinging about how other cultures take days off work for religious purposes I said yep next time Christmas comes around you atheists better be the first on the list saying you can work over Xmas. You don't get a day off for something you don't believe in.

 

Irm, I am sure that went over like a lead balloon. Funny how that works sometimes as people are not always quite as open as they think they are.
