For those of you bashing takemenow. You're assholes. Some people here are just saying things like the pic makes her LOOK slutty. Well, thats your opinion on how the image looks like, and im not going to argue that. For those of you saying she is a whore, dumb blonde, or a slut, because she kind of looks like one in the pic, you are the assholes. Image has nothing to do with a persons sex life, and you have no right to judge that. After what some have said (hiro, among others), according to your logic, i can make the fair assuption that, you people don't like girls who wear make up. Therefore you don't wear make-up, and apprentally, if someone wears make-up these days, they are whores, so then, again from your logic... you don't wear make-up, so you must be losers who have nothing to do, but bash people's image.

If you've noticed, i have just made an unfair assumption about you all. For all i know, you are all wonderful people, and im not going to judge that, becasue i don't know you. But i do know takemenow, and she is far from a slut. and to note, i also don't think, whether or not someone wears make-up, depicts whether or not they're having sex or losers. Image has little to do with personality.

And another thing, i do beleive this is a free speech site, and this is also random thoughts. So whats the harm in her putting her own random thought in this post. Yes, by my own logic, you all have the right to say the things you've said, but why? Why would you want to post hurtful things, and make people sad. I honestly do not see the point in trying to make others sad.

In closing, Takemenow and iron butterfly's relationship is their own business. My grandparents are 9 years apart, and their are relationships with even greater difference of age. 5 years is nothing. I think they have evrey right to be happy, and neither of you have any right to be hurtful. Yes you can express your opinion, (like interval illusion, who shows he's tried not to be an asshole), but don't make a post just to cause distruption.

Well, my hubbie and I have a 23 year age difference between us (he's 56). We've been married for 15 years and have 3 sons. I love him and he loves me. That's all that matters to us.

 

Lodui, you're a pretty cool guy, so im going to sum it down. Age difference of 5 years is nothing. This is a random thoughts page, so she has every right ot put her random thoughts here. People can say the picture of her may make her look like a slut, but they have no right to accuse her of being one. yes they have the right of free speech to say so, but, don't abuse it, and be assholes. Does that sum it up?

 

and i'm assuming both were adults when they married. whatever, i don't care. but if people think she looks like a slut, and starting a relationship with an emotional infant makes her a slut, well, this IS random thoughts.

 

They say men don't fully mature until 18. But since when is everyone alike. Maybe mason is very mature for his age. I know at 16 i wasn't the most mature, but, i knew alot of people who were. How does a simple 5 year difference put her into classification of a slut? Isn't a slut someone who has sex with alot of people? It looks as if to me, there's only one person getting with her. Through my eyes, it does not make her a slut.

 

i dunno. it's not my opinion. though she took a topic that no one knew or gave a shit about and made it everyone's business. 'lo and behold, she took a shit load of flack for it. i'm sure it's also a shock for her that not everyone likes her look, too. whatever, it's her business. but like someone here said, as with hangovers and sunburns, i don't have much sympathy for self-inflicted pain.

though no one is mature as a teenager. they just think they are. whatever, live and learn, not my business.

That's not always the case, mynameiskc. I met my hubbie when I was 15, married him at 18 and had our first child at 19 and as I said in my previous post we've now been married 15 years. I don't regret what I did in the least, I WAS mature enough to handle a serious relationship. I agree that some teenagers are not mature....but you really can't say that ALL are teenagers are immature.

 

exceptions to the rule do not disprove the rule. getting married doesn't show maturity, because i've seen a lot of teenagers get married. staying married years later is a sign of maturity.

mynameiskc, i agree. exceptions do not disprove. But who's to say that he is or isn't an exception. Now i don't know him, but for all we know, he is very mature for his age.

 

i was referring to althea's post about getting married to her childhood sweetheart. thus far as i've seen, neither participant is exceptional, but who knows?. but they'll get their jollies, their lessons, their lives. it's all the same to me. i'm just arguing the more esoteric points at this time. beginning with, if she wanted people to leave her alone about this relationship, she shoulda left it alone.
