Haven't looked into them yet.
Suppose it's like anything else - some are good/ others aren't.
Once the addiction is 'broken'
it will be a Life long effort to prevent its recurrence.

I'm convinced some Folk can go it alone w/o a problem from Day One,
others benefit from various degrees/duration of 'support'
until they develope their inner strength...

man i got hooked on barz a while back i did like 25 bars in 4 days it kindof messed up my brain i had deppression and cravings so bad gl getting off try weening urself off

 

i dont recommend going cold turkey, although that is what i did. you can actually die from xanax withdrawals. it is one of the worst to go thru...been thru it myself, so good luck bud.
