I would prefer intelligently designed cups.

 

We are on the wrong planet for that... There's no money in it.

 

you could get a nice new ceramic cup at the 99 cent store. or for 50cents, maybe even a quarter at the good will. i damd sure wouldn't buy one at wall mart.

 

Yeah wouldn't blame the whole planet for that Probably bought it at the wrong store or from the wrong (cheapest) brand although sometimes... the cheapest brand will do just fine as well! It's crazy :dizzy2:

 

The kids would break ceramic cups.

I should check the cups before I buy them. They sell matching plastic plates too and the edges are sharp on them also.

*Edit - I remember the package was shrink-wrapped.

 

That is awful...getting cut by an edge of a cup you drink out of......

My WTF of the week was paying $40.00 to get carpet sweeper cleaned from my vacuum cleaner.....He asked if I cleaned a barn....that gives you an idea of the animals in this house and their sheddage.....and last night my other carpet sweeper went on the brink. I have a back up machine...so need to bring that one in now......I have learned now...do not use carpet sweeper initially to get balls of fur up...just use long stick part, and maybe the sweepers will be ok for a good long time.
