We get it now..... I dig that. With both of ours we never told anyone til those first three months passed by OK.
Well heres to everything going along well...I'm sure you will be more enthusiastic once you see a healthy baby
I understand now. It can be a little nerve racking to wait and see how a pregnancy goes after a miscarriage. Try not to stress though, and let her be happy about it. Congratulations.
Think optimistically, pray for the best, and hopefully, you'll have a wonderful new addition to your family. I'm sorry if I sound like a Hallmark card.
oh, for heaven's sake, getting pissed at an expecting father for not jumping for joy is just kinda rude. people ahve ALL KINDS of reactions to these things. when i found out i was pregnant this time, my husband was really scared, but we both wanted another baby so bad. but the last pregnancy i had was death defying, so it's natural that different people have different reactions. sheesh. sorry, my turn to vent. when we found out i was having another girl, all the women were THRILLED for me, but all the men were like "ah, how's dave doin'?" like it was a funeral or something. but i can get it. dave did want a boy, but there's no doubt in the world he's gonna adore our girl.
first off, congratulations libertine, hope all goes well & the little one grows well and healthy. i love how your missus is simply "Bride" in title. lol
Yeah well, she chose the username...so I went with it. AND After all my "preaching" of individualism!!! *sheesh*
