Prehensile means they can grab and hold onto things. Like a monkey's tail.

 

Thats a hard choice. I would like to have both but if i could only have one it would be the dreads. Cause i love dreads and if someone said shit about them i would just choke a bitch with the dreads, also i would swing from trees and steal things with them and hide them in dreads.

I would say no. They can grow like your hair grows naturally though, so they could end up being really long if you grow them out.
