starting weight...265ish....now 245ish...set goal for around 200...though 200 will be a bit on the lean side and i think extremely hard to reach, but i'm up for the challenge this ties in my "shit has hit the fan" thread its what i spend a lot of time doing - training/learning/coaching kids...
Fo sure overeating,and lack of physical activity- and smoking can both pretty bad addictions. I can't say which I would prefer. A healthy active overweight- is far different than poorly functioning morbidly obese. As is the rare social smoker -from the asthmatic emphysema riddled carton a day smoker. Obviously, I would be the 1st of either than the second. Unfortunatly, I fear becoming the 1st of both at this rate.
Definitely would rather be smoker, but maybe I'm predispoed to this opinion, as I am a smoker. I know this might sound bitchy and offend some people, but I find myself disgusted by fat people. I don't mean like chubby people, but people who are truly obese. It almost makes me angry that someone could let themselves go that far. I guess people would say the same thing about smoking though.
