if its far away from the mainland then it would be the begining of a scary movie....the creepy land lord goes crazy and kills everyone in the buildings or something like that or cuts off their limbs and uses them for testing so he can put legs back on his wife that lost hers in a freak clown accident..the later would be an interesting movie to watch

I think I would have to visit the actual structure before deciding whether or not i would actually be able to live in it. I mean, it looks appealing and the energy aspect seems fantastic, however, I think I would need to be in it first.
