I would say to proceed with extra caution. It can either be real good or it can backfire.

Ha ha, no, she really took it to extremes. In all the talking we did it became crystal clear she has advanced her career such that she is now in a very high position within a multinational company. Her husband is still 'just' in a high position within a British based company and is more than happy there.
She wants more from him than this.
