While i didnt always believe so, ive come to realise its true - THC changes your sleep as much as it does your soberness! you dream less when you smoke before going to sleep. because of this, you can feel more rested, but your brain hasnt actually got all teh nightly exercise it needs. feels great of course.. but not good to do habitually. leave like an hour or so before sleeping to have your last sesh, if you want to avoid most of the issues
^^^ive come to know this to be true..i always have my last smoke abotu 3hrs befor e i got o sleep...thc definitely effects dreaming. i realized this a while ago when i couldnt remeber my dreams at all, when i did have um. i'm much happier now, but that's just me
normally, everyone dreams every night. its more normal to forget dreams than to remember them.. missing out on dreams from being stoned while sleeping is not something we notice much
Alright gotcha. I think I'm alright then, I usually don't smoke a bowl and fall instantly asleep... When I have a nightcap smoke I usually stay up for about an hour or so watching a movie or something.
