So, the mass of earth will increase. Therefore the gravity will increase, therefore all satelites will fall on earth and earth will absorb moon, but then the earth will be so huge and massive that it will disturb orbits of other planets, which will lead to many collisions, destroying our Milky Way as we know it and even bigger growth of earth. But then Earth will be so big that it won't be able to stay on sun orbit, so it will fall into sun. Yeah, overpopulation and obesity are bad.
VG you forgot one important factor in your calculations. Space dust. After a quick search it would appear that estimates range from 100+tons a year to about 40 tons a day falling to Earth. So now you have to account for the natural weight gain the Earth has from all that dust settling on the planet. I would do the math for you, but I ran out of fingers and toes.
 Kinky.. Apparently Australia just overtook America as the worlds most obese country. I'll eat to that.
I was going to mention that especially with the perseid meteor shower coming up this weekend, although the added weight could easily be off-set if the obesity rate continues to rise and everyone looks like fat bastard Hotwater
