Yeah they tend to dude. Its a fucked up spot for decent people to be. I know a ton of ladies that have gone through that spot and every single one of them hated it. Its meant to be a temp position. Which explains why there is no real sense of friendship. Just suck it up and be a strong person while you're there, drink when you're not, and the day when you don't have to worry about all their bullshit will come soon enough. Keep strong pretty girl.

 

My advice is to start looking for something better now, and then quit with confidence.

My experience with work places in general is that you need to just pick you poison and develop a thick skin because every one will have its issues. The ideal work situation is not very likely to exist.

 

Holy moly. Where are you guys working? I've never had a job where people hate. Maybe its cause I'm pretty, but I don't think so. Guess its just good fortune.

 

The environment is what you make of it to a degree. People tend to dish back what you give out and you're probably either very pleasant to be around or clueless to the treachery (which would work to your benefit, trust me). When the bosses all leave my work becomes FAR more pleasant. Before that happens I manage things the best I can and keep people as off balance as possible by fucking with them. This includes the boss.

 

I have to agree with this mostly though. But there are better jobs around, not nessecarily anything to love, but something not to hate.

 

I don't work right now. But I came to where I am from a relatively stressful situation and I've got to say that thinking that people are clueless to treachery is kind of foolish in its own right. I think I'd be more inclined to say that there are certain jobs in which the people employed are going to tend to be more pleasant people, including the polite, the thick skinned and soft tongued. What makes a certain job of the employ of decent people might be misconstrued and I'll not list reasons. Suffice to say it plays a part.

I actually just applied for this position at a nice golf course nearby so we will see about that, as well as sheridan nurseries. and I adore gardening. We shall see.
