    Ravi Shankar and Tim Hardin weren't in the original movie but there is footage of them out there in "The Lost Performances"

    I have to give this to hendrix overall
    with a little help from my friends is obviously great
    CSNY, janis, santana get special mention too

    hendrix definately. the who, joplin, santana, all very good. thats all i really remember, havent seen it in several years

    I think Ten Years After doing "I'm Going Home" was the best performance at Woodstock. Alvin Lee was incredible! What energy!
    I also loved Richie Havens and Santana.
    Oh and Bert Sommer doing "Jennifer".

    I haven't seen it, but I know I need to. I would also agree that "I'm Going Home" was unbeleivable. I love 10 years after

    Yeah mine was probably Joe Cocker..they didn't really show many of the performances on the DVD.

    favorite overall. ummmm soul sacrifice. unbeleivable song. Their are songs I like more than it played their, but this version just rocked

    I love the Incredible string band, Country Joe McDonald, Joe Cocker and Jafferson airplane...they were all fantastic!

    well, i give my vote for Santana's performance, Richie Havens and Melanie, though she did a short performance.. :)

    THE whole damn thang...from beginning to end. Hendrix, for starters.....Santana's Soul Sacrafice, The Who, The Beautiful Ritchie Havens, Arlo, Janis' Work Me, Lord (hello chills????!!) I mean the whole gamut.
