Maybe it's because I'm naive or because I have a really angry feminist and lesbian appearance, but I show cleavage when I'm wearing some of my dresses sometimes. I don't do it to be sexy - I do it to be free. If it were up to me, we could be naked in public without any issues. That's why I sometimes feel like liberating the girls when out of the house under my tye-dye dress. If guys can see my cleavage, that's fine with me. They're not going to get very far if they think they can take advantage of me so I'm not too worried.

I wear tanks because it's bloody hot out, and I don't mind if people look. Hell, I look and other girls' cleavage, and point it out to my husband and our friends who are inclined towards such things. Even my gay male friends like breasts. It's an aesthetic thing.

As for dressier things, I try to decorate my body. If this means a tasteful dress shows them off, I can live with that.

Because. Sometimes I want to. Simple enough, no?

Here's the thing: there's a big difference between looking and staring. Staring is rude in almost any case- if someone on the bus stares at you for the entire ride, it creeps you out, no? It's considered rude in this culture. On the other hand, a little look never hurt anyone. Breasts are lovely and a quick glance is inevitable.
I doubt many people would condemn anyone for having a little look as they walk by, but staring at my chest while we're having a conversation is a step over the line!

I never dress to show cleavage. It's just not my style (and, besides which, I am at best a B cup except back in those days when I was a nursing mother). I know that there are pushup bras and such that could help me fake it, but it just isn't something I'm comfortable with. This isn't being prudish -- I still go skinny dipping with friends sometimes and a few years ago on vacation in France I had no problems going topless at beaches (to be honest I really enjoyed it), but I just don't like cleavage type fashions. Hey, but you can wear and bare all the cleavage you want to; they're your boobs so you can show or hide whatever you want.

I simply would rather be naked. I wear clothes bc I HAVE to...especially when it's hot.

Then again, I really don't have much cleavage, so it's more just a...chest. Don't really think about it much.

Because I have breasts, they aren't small, and I don't feel like sweating in my breast area, I want a breeze there.

I'm wearing old jeans, an off white swoop top t shirt and a crocheted over sweater on top. With multiple hemp bracelets on each wrist. Hemp chokers. And a green head wrap around my messy dreadlocks that are just beginning.

I remember hearing on some nature show once that it's because when humans (or whatever) started to walk upright, the butt wasn't at eye level anymore, so breasts evolved larger to take the place. (Animals that don't walk upright don't have breasts like humans.)

(Men apparently weren't smart enough to notice the difference or evolve on their own.)

That theory is stupid. I felt like giving my opinion. You all don't have to agree.

Generalize all men based on a theory you heard once...nice.

Well, it's thought that organisms evolve very slowly, each step is minute and happens through each generation. It's thought that the process is to help organisms better adapt to their environments.

Unfortunately what we see so often today is generations who, although still in the evolutionary process, have not evolved mentally. This phenomenon is plaguing our society at large. Many generations ago to make up for the absense of common sense, society developed a vast amount of morals and other things to fill in the gap.

    This has resulted in the following;

    -Chronic stupidity
    -Greed
    -Verbal diarrhea
    -Pro lifers
    -Overwhelming attraction to shiney things
    -Television shows
    -Monster trucks
    -Professional sports
    -Porn

The end result being that we have evolved because of these things into a society that no longer has to think for ourselves. What a step it's been. Who knows what's next in human evolution.

Actually that's only one side of the argument. A currently growing alternative theory is that drastic evolution occurs very suddenly and sporadically.

And genotype mutations generally result in varied expression of a particular phenotype.

    Woooooo~
