The good news: It’s been two weeks now since my second shot of the moderna vaccine which has an efficacy of 95% which means I have about a 95% lower risk of developing COVID-19 compared to those who are not vaccinated.


The bad news: According to the latest results, The Moderna immunity wanes after 6 months which means we may have to get a booster shot every 6 months.

 

Inconvenient. But I'd accept it.

Well I for one have never experienced a post-puncture high, only a throbbing pain at the site of the injection.

 

I don't rush to get shots, but if it means virtually not getting sick I'm all for it, side effects notwithstanding.

 

Why would the government need to track most of us? We are not that important.

None of the above. If you have the right to spread disease throughout our community like Typhoid Mary, then we should have the right of communal self defense, by denying you admittance to restaurants, schools, and theaters (pretty much any public gathering place larger than a phone booth) until you provide documentary evidence that you're not a biological threat to our entire community.

Thank goodness stupid isn't contagious. We'd have to institutionalize some folks.

 

I’ve been vaccinated. Received the Pfizer vaccine back in Jan-Feb timeframe. No issues as of right now- still social distancing and wearing masks. I’m sick of wearing the masks though!!
