Will New Orleans end up under water?

Do you think if the population in N.O. had a higher percentage of white people the water wouldn't be as wet, or the winds as fast?

The superdome where thousands evacuated to, is now leaking rain.. That would blow major ass...
But to answer the question, is new orleans going to end up under water.. not sure but its a good possibility...

that superdome is about to go.. if its already leaking and people can see outside..and the worst of the storm hasnt even hit yet..
