Mr.Stiffy - I'm glad you posted that. It's so true, and is especially helpful for the idealistic young people who visit this site. They need to understand that once you hit a certain age, there is no more "prince charming" or "Mrs. Right" as it were. Marriage is a long, long committment, and one that too many people enter into without seeing the reality of it. And once a baby enters into the equation, there are often financial issues. And many people naturally grow apart. A lot of couples probably can't stand the idea of getting into bed with their partner after a decade or so of it.

I think that's what many people here are saying your wife should understand - guys do this and it's normal.
