He is right, you know. Basically since Jews have been around, people have been blaming shit on us just because we are Jews. During the Black Death in Europe, many Christians took to lynching Jews to make the plague go away because they believed that the Jews were poisoning the wells. Even the Pope said to stop it because the Jews were dying just as much as the Christians were, but they still didn't stop. Point is that Jews as a whole are in just the same boat as any other persecuted minority in history. That is a fact, and to deny it is ignorance. I know it is a strong thing to say, but it is true. The Mushroom Man
It's a bit more sophisticated than that though, cuz H heads look down on stoners, for being shit. I also read "meth" this as "metal" originally.
Unfortunately, I doubt that xexon made this thread out of anything other than a desire to be accused of being anti-Jewish. I'm fairly sure that he is anti-Jewish, but he would argue that the thread says nothing of the sort.
My purpose in creating this thread was to dismantle the zionist idea of what a Jew is. Both from a religious and secular position. The fact that modern Jews are not the Jews of the bible seem to escape most Christians for some reason. Its probably due to the fact that its never been brought up before. Now it has. Zionism needs the support of both zionist Christians and zionist Jews to have power. If you can point out the fact that today's Jews are not the Jews of the bible, support from the Christian community in the US will wane. Christians in the US have little idea that Judaism has been taken over by white skinned zionists from Europe. Now they do. They need to be told that today's Jews are counterfeit Jews. Converts. Khazars, who embraced Judaism but did not give up their warrior ways. When you can show people that these Khazars started the state of Israel, Hijacked Jewish identity, and has agents within the highest levels of American government, then they can see the problem. Its not about semite Jews, its about the ones who aren't. The ones who can't call me an anti-semite. x
You seem to do that a lot. I doubt this is the first time, but even if it were, I doubt many Christians were seriously thinking otherwise. I doubt that. The Jews would still have the support of those for whom brown skin is an absolute deal breaker, for example. Plus I think a lot of Westerners don't particularly feel obliged to stick up for the poor defenseless Palestinians, who after all have the sympathy of a hell of a lot of other countries that the US doesn't get on with either. Actually, it's more or less all the Internet talks about. You can pick a random article with the word 'jew' in it and pretty much flip a coin to see whether it's about Zionist conspiracy gubbins. The view you're expressing is not uncommon or unknown to the general public. Maybe. But you've not really bothered to offer anything more than conjecture, so I doubt anyone will be that persuaded. Obviously the sneaky Jews would make sure there was no evidence, so the absence of evidence is almost evidence enough, right? There's a lot about you in this global conspiracy, isn't there.
I think he was after something a little more specific than that. Do you not think they'd be doing that if it was just a case of suggesting it?
The only thing dividing Israel is zionism. You could argue that religion is the divider but it isn't. Not in reality. Zionism must create enemies so that it can offer it's "protection" against them. It does this by creating a Jewish identity, and then by creating a "Jewish" state called Israel. It then protects both as it's own. This is how they came to power. Nothing makes people come together faster than a threat from the outside. (It worked for 9/11, didn't it?) If zionism tells the Jews that the world hates them and that there's Islamic radicals behind every tree, who are the Jews to say otherwise? This puts the Arab populations around "Israel" on every Jew's poopie list. It creates division. A polarized society. A society based on the color of your skin and religious beliefs. Zionism, is George Wallace standing in the doorway at that school and saying, "you can go in, but not you". Even George Wallace repented his ways. Israel hasn't, and won't/can't as long as the zionists are in control. You can't unite Israel as one people with a zionist government. Remove zionism. Outlaw it like the Germans did nazism. Do away with the apartheid system. Treat everyone as an equal. Then, Israel will have a chance to survive as a legitimate nation. It has little to no chance currently, and is dragging the US to the abyss with it. x
I didn't mean to imply ALL Jews. My mistake. Zionism does appeal to many however. Especially the religious faithful. They are the main driving force in Jewish nationalism in Israel and see the land as THEIRS by act of God. Modern Israel was not created by God for the Jews. It was created by zionists as a zionist state. The Jews are just there, at the zionist invitation, to validate to the world that Israel is indeed full of Jews. But Israel is still a zionist state. Full of non-semite Jews who have no more claim to the land than the Irish do. The ancient Israelites would not recognize the Israel of today. We shouldn't either. x
I don't know if you hastily redrafted your statement because you thought I was Jewish (I'm not), but that's not really what I meant. For what it's worth I agree that one's ancestors being somewhere millennia ago doesn't entitle one to anything now. But I don't see the point of your original post.
After a while, one gets tired of being called an anti-semite by people who have no claim to the word themselves. I'm not anti-semite, or racist, or bigot, or sexist. I treat everyone absolutely the same. I am anti-zionist. Profoundly so. These people are New World Order nazis and they need to be stopped. One of the first orders of business in doing this is to explain to Jews themselves what zionism is, outside of the religious connection. This means destroying much of the modern day Jewish identity. Explaining this to post Holocaust Jews is not an easy task. They've enjoyed their "protected" status in certain countries since WWII. The fact that the world can't question the policies of Israel or the actions of individual Jews without being called an anti-semite sets a dangerous precedent. Personally, it makes me work even harder to bring this system down. Maybe it was my handshake with George Wallace that made him change? Maybe I need to go to Israel next? Shake a few hands there. x
Thing is, you've made it pretty clear that you're anti-Zionist, and that's basically enough. It's the fact that you seem to be convinced we don't understand hard enough yet. "The lady doth protest too much" springs to mind.
Just to claim my sort of 'xenophobia' may also be unforutnately legit. I noticed on the ticker tape today at the base of the CNN screen the line that there mey be some peace break for the Jewish New Year or something. So I think to myself that since when do the Jewish celebrate a factual or well-dated New Year? The message it seemed only appeared once. It just wanted to punish me for the old discussions I'd have in the taxis of Toronto (say 2005) concerning the holidays of Yum Kippur also co-inciding with the Ramadan (there is also the Rosh Hashanah, not even the same number of days previous to Yum Kippur). So what is it supposed to do that way? The Jews will rule the planet that way, or will the Captalists as a whole get all of us for the creamy cheary 'Happy New Year!!'. Ya, ya.
Not many people understand the situation. In fact, most people fail to understand it. Mainly from lack of interest. The world has our attention focused elsewhere. Intentionally. What I talk about is completely different than what people are used to hearing off the TV and other media. The controlled media. The growing presence of Christian zionism in the US is good evidence of how manipulative the media has been in assisting the real zionists to execute their agenda here. These same people have to be deprogrammed because their behavior is not unlike that of people who follow cults. You must remember that the Nazis were the savior of the German people in the beginning. Zionism is doing the same to the Jews. You have to break the spell of fascination so that people can think for themselves again. Right now, zionism is doing the thinking for both Israel and a large part of the executive branch of the US government. You can either help put a stop to this menace, or you can roll over and allow it to happen. As a spiritual person, my heart only allows one decision. Compassion is the same for all people in me. If I appear biased, its only because I give you a side of the Israeli/Jewish story you're not used to seeing. It doesn't mean I'm wrong about it. x
But Xenon (or is it Xexon?), the compassion thing is what it was back in the early eighties. Take Gorky Park (about an assasination murder in Moscow of three students off of a natural ice rink: they casts of the girl's head from the grizzly murder scene to fill in the mutilated faces; did you remember that one), the compassion of the Chicago detective was similar to the more nervous and systematic Russian intelligence officer. All policeman had the same common goal all over the planet. People were regarded as similar for enjoyment, and laughter anywhere. Must say: the tastes of people aren't for that comparisonless concept any longer. As an acquaintance once said at therapy that she didn;t like me making judgments of comparison between people, literarily for the abstract way of thinking of their choices in ideal plans for school. No, no sh insisted I talk about factual things in people's linguistics, eating habits, or interests in music. Today it seems that people are regarded different all over the world not according to their morals but according to their beliefs at sociability over schooling, manners, and ambitions at love and humanity (come on the last one seems a bit over my head). So we have to believe that THEY all follow the same code of conduct on listening to the law, and human rights follow the pattern learning moral forms in religion. kris
While the term's etymology might suggest that antisemitism is directed against all Semitic peoples, since its creation it has been used exclusively to refer to hostility towards Jews. So please. Give me a break. Antisemitism Antisemitism is a starting place for trying to understand the tragedy that would befall countless numbers of people during the Holocaust. Throughout history Jews have faced prejudice and discrimination, known as antisemitism. Driven nearly two thousand years ago by the Romans from the land now called Israel, they spread throughout the globe and tried to retain their unique beliefs and culture while living as a minority. In some countries Jews were welcomed, and they enjoyed long periods of peace with their neighbors. In European societies where the population was primarily Christian, Jews found themselves increasingly isolated as outsiders. Jews do not share the Christian belief that Jesus is the Son of God, and many Christians considered this refusal to accept Jesus' divinity as arrogant. For centuries the Church taught that Jews were responsible for Jesus' death, not recognizing, as most historians do today, that Jesus was executed by the Roman government because officials viewed him as a political threat to their rule. Added to religious conflicts were economic ones. Rulers placed restrictions on Jews, barring them from holding certain jobs and from owning land. At the same time, since the early Church did not permit usury (lending money at interest), Jews came to fill the vital (but unpopular) role of moneylenders for the Christian majority. In more desperate times, Jews became scapegoats for many problems people suffered. For example, they were blamed for causing the "Black Death," the plague that killed thousands of people throughout Europe during the Middle Ages. In Spain in the 1400s, Jews were forced to convert to Christianity, leave the country, or be executed. In Russia and Poland in the late 1800s the government organized or did not prevent violent attacks on Jewish neighborhoods, called pogroms, in which mobs murdered Jews and looted their homes and stores. As ideas of political equality and freedom spread in western Europe during the 1800s, Jews became almost equal citizens under the law. At the same time, however, new forms of antisemitism emerged. European leaders who wanted to establish colonies in Africa and Asia argued that whites were superior to other races and therefore had to spread and take over the "weaker" and "less civilized" races. Some writers applied this argument to Jews, too, mistakenly defining Jews as a race of people called Semites who shared common blood and physical features. This kind of racial antisemitism meant that Jews remained Jews by race even if they converted to Christianity. Some politicians began using the idea of racial superiority in their campaigns as a way to get votes. Karl Lueger (1844-1910) was one such politician. He became Mayor of Vienna, Austria, at the end of the century through the use of antisemitism -- he appealed to voters by blaming Jews for bad economic times. Lueger was a hero to a young man named Adolf Hitler, who was born in Austria in 1889. Hitler's ideas, including his views of Jews, were shaped during the years he lived in Vienna, where he studied Lueger's tactics and the antisemitic newspapers and pamphlets that multiplied during Lueger's long rule.
