MADD was started because drunk drivers who had killed people by driving drunk, were getting off with fines and going out, drinking, driving, and killing more kids.

 

Because they can't come with you to jail and they want to be in a position where they can always reach you to protect you. It's a parental instinct thing.
Brick walls and prison guards are hard to get through, hence they fuck with the instinct to protect.

Fuck, just be glad they care and you aren't being raised by a mental patient that thinks that "the corporation" impregnated her with you, and hence couldn't give a fuck if you go to jail or not.

I told my kid to not smoke pot as long as he lives with me because I'm afraid he'll do something stupid and get himself and me in trouble and cost me a lot of money. Then I told him about all the dumb and trusting things I used to do when I was high or tripping (which were pretty funny) and how I was just lucky that I didn't get busted.

For some reason he doesn't care about weed so it's not been a problem.

 

My dad doesn’t care all that much I think for the most part of why is when he asked me I told him the truth. He just told me to be careful don’t get caught don’t do it around me or in this house don’t over do it and please don’t do anything stupid but i don't smoke a lot don't really need it that much if he told me to stop i would
