Omggg thats why I cant smoke anymore..I pay too much attention to my heart rate and FREAK THE FUCK OUT!!! I have tachycardia anyway..my heart always beats aroun...105bpm. So one day, I was high and I had to shit and the bathroom was all quiet and I could like..hear my heart beating, pounding through my chest and I flipped, had a panic attack, never fuckin smoked again but im still plagued with panic attacks so im prescribed to benzos thank GOD they are a LIFESAVER dude. Whew.

 

but of course, but my minions do my bidding. slaves do the servicing.. hehe Its been a while since Ive been serviced. *sigh*

Yeah I know what you mean about being able to hear your heart. When it would happen to me, it actually sounded like water dripping really fast, or something popping really loud. I'm surprised my heart didn't explode. lol And benzos definitely help. The way I got over it was just by staying busy when I was stoned, so as to keep my mind occupied and keep myself from noticing my heartrate.
