A lot of foreigner men I meet in Turkey talk about how stuck up women are in Turkey.

Also if you have a dream of talking to women in bars, Turkey is quite a wrong choice. You will get beaten up for giving harrasment by the public.

Plus, most bars dont even let a man without a lady near him enter the bar. These rules are made to protect women from harresments of single men. If there is a lady with you, it is much less possibility that you will bother talking to a random girl inside, so you can enter the bar.

turkish bars need to work on their business model. i think in the rest of the world, 85% of bar revenue comes from single guys drowning their sorrows. bars in turkey are turning away their main customers.

However, why not drink outside or at your home since places charge you more money for drinking. I never drink in a place.

Drinking outside is legal but people culturely won't see it very nice. However, as long as you stay away from women, you are safe. Just stay away from women. Dont talk to any random woman.

A few days ago I wanted to go to a friend of mine's home, taxi driver didnt accept me in his car because there was an alcohol drink in my hand. Thats not a goverment's rule, it is the conservative taxi drivers rule that they make up.

And I didnt become insistent in order not to get beaten up by a group of taxi drivers. So I couldnt go to a friend of my home since taxi drivers didnt accept me in his car with an alcoholic drink in my hand.
