I like a lot of artists. Some of the more popular ones such as Dali, Monet, and Caravaggio, but most artists that I gravitate towards are fairly recent.

    Alex Grey

    Roger Dean

    Michael Hussar

    Sako Shaninian.

I love Lawren Harris (I don't understand why so many Canadians hate the Group of Seven! It's such beautiful iconic art!)

    Derek Hess.

Eric Chan - I went to university with this guy and he is just out-of-control talented.

I also love Aboriginal artwork, especially upper North American:
    Alex Janvier.

John Rombough (absolutely LOVE this artist; work is incredible).

Anyways, I could list off a couple more, but these are just some of my favourites!

Pretty sure I've already said this but I really love Zdzislaw Beksinski, it's so dark and fantastic. Also, I'm a hooker for impressionism, so I need my VanGogh

The Norton Simon Museum is about 3 miles from my house. They have a Vermeer on loan from the Smithsonian. It's freakin' beautiful.
