    both dali, and picasso come to mind, they've always intrigued me and have always served as a sort of idol for me. i wouldn't say they're my favorite, but their all i can think right now.

    My favorite artists are some of the surrealists. Not necessarily in order, but here are my faves:

    Joan Miro
    Roberto Matta
    Yves Tanguy
    Rene Magritte
    Salvador Dali
    Max Ernst

    I also love:

    M.C. Escher
    Victor Vasarely
    Alex Grey
    Roger Dean

    and I love passionately late 60's psychedelic poster art
