Who likes sarongs?

ahhh they are easy to make for my brothers wedding the brides maids we all had different colored silk sarongs it was awesome i made my own ,heres a pic( i look stupid just ignore that lol)

 

that's awesome that the bridesmaids wore them!

 

could someone tell me how to tie a sarong? mine ALWAYS fall off..

also, how much fabric should i buy if i want to just make my own?

 

My sarongs do too (fall off, that is!)...I've just been lucky that it hasn't been in public! How does one tie a sarong and be reasonably sure it won't end up on the sidewalk?

I just bought my first sarong...and I love it! I figured out how to keep it tied too....I've got a woven guatemalan sash thingy, and I double- knot it around my waist on top of the sarong. Question: can rayon sarongs be hand washed, and are there any other specific care instructions for rayon fabric?

 

you can hand wash and dry them.
i just got an awesome sarong, black with batiked bats. i love it

i love sarongs!!! i use them also as tablecloths in my room and draped over shelves and stuff to hide all my mess!
