the shot did not come from above and behind.

the hole in his neck was the ENTRY wound, and the back of his head blown off was the exit.

that narrows it a bit, and eliminates anyone in an elevated position.

including both the sixth floor of the book depository AND the grassy knoll

but not excluding the accidental misfire of an unlawfully altered weapon, worn by someone sitting ahead of him, in the same limo.

someone who, moments later, also unintentionally, and while as yet unaware of having shot kennidy, shot himself in his own foot.

there's only one place the shot could have come from, and it wasn't above and behind. it was in front and below and that really limits it.

it could only have come from ass level of someone sitting almost immediately in front of him. and that makes me think it almost had to have been fired by axident. and the person who was shot in the leg a moment later, almost has to have been the possessor of the same gun.

lots of people could have. lots of people had lots of different kinds of motivations. but the only person who was sitting where it had to have come from, most likely did not intend for it to actually happen.

all the rest of it. any of the rest of it, COULD have happened, or been intended to, or what have you. or none of it, as the case might be. but the top of kennidy's head, absolutley had to have been the EXIT wound and the wound in his neck, the entry point. and that really only leaves, below and in front of and fairly close.

not even as far away as the grassy mound. not even as far away as outside of the same car.

there were a lot of people involved in wanting him killed for a lot of reasons. but i really don't think it was anyone working for them. i could be wrong.
i just really don't think the way it actually happened was intentional at all, and that the warren commission gave us oswald, because they believed,
and may very well have been right in believing this, that the truth, if that is what the truth was, that was the one thing no one would ever have believed.

maybe e.t.'s teleported a minature bomb to the inside of his head. i mean i really seriously don't believe we will ever for sure actually know.

what i do believe to be factual, is that oswald had nothing directly to do with it, (yah he was in town and had a rifle, him along with about 200 other people)
(i think somebody grabbed his rifle out of the trunk of his car while he was doing something else,
and then latter someone told him it was in that building he was arrested trying to enter, and that was why he was there and doing so,
and that he had not even actually been inside that building before at all, or at least not on that same day if he ever had)

and that, here's what i consider to be the big one, conspiracy or no conspiracy, wherever the shot came from, it wasn't above and behind.

the one thing i do agree, that just about every conspiracy theory also agrees on, is that ruby was a professional hired hit man,
and that oswald was deliberately shot to prevent him from being able to testify.
