Well, mine is half-pitbull. Here's Roxie:

 

I have a pitbull-boxer mix as well. Her name is Teki, which is short for Tequila (what my boyfriend was insistent upon naming her). And I definately agree. She's a very smart little doggie, but also quite ridiculous. But I'm impressed with her. She was catching on how to sit after we had her for only a couple weeks (and I got her at 6 weeks old) and she's about 5 months now, and she knows how to sit, stay, lay down, talk (we actually had her say 'i love you' one day), and she's learning to roll over. But she's definately my life and I love her to death.


The first picture I have of her. I got her from a girl at work and she brought her up during our shift change. Even though there were a bunch of people there (I work in a gas station), its like she knew she wanted to go home with me cause she was following me around work.


Her in my lap on the drive home, the day I got her. Cars made her uber nervous for the longest time.

The most recent picture I have of her. I'm away at college right now, and she obviously can't be with me cause I live in the dorms, but my boyfriend sends me pictures of her from time to time.

pit bulls do not have locking jaws and for the record it is the least likely breed to bit a humane they are animal aggressive and its and its people like you who start stupid myths like that.i currently own 2 pit bulls and there the sweetest dogs you would ever meet.

I have friends who have pitbulls and i hate how much bad rep they get. EXPECIALLY from people that probably havent ever had one. I have never met a bad pitbull. They are the most loving, sweetest, loyal, smart(i could go on) dogs ever. All dogs have the ability to turn on anyone, even small dogs like my min pin ruby.

dont judge breed of dog just because they get a worse rep because they are big and scary looking.

I think they are beautiful!

 

Kilo looks like he'd have my cat for lunch. I've never owned a dog myself, but you guys do and that's cool.

 

I have be graced by 4 Rottweilers in my adult life time.

 

his name is Kilo and I wouldnt rely on any false sense of security to0 predict such a powerful animals future behaviour. A dog like that could just go bezerk any time without warning

Pits are wonderful dogs. They are a handful, and you need to be careful around other dogs and children, but you won't find a breed more gregarious and friendly. Very people centered.

I have a lab/pit mix, and al he wants to do *ever* is catch the frisbee.

 

I have a pit boxer mix and I'm not going to lie, I hesitated before getting her because of her mix. But I don't think this dog has a mean bone in her body. And I'm not kidding, either. Even if my boyfriend and I are fighting and what not, she still wants to play. And there's no one that she's ever met that she didn't want to play with. She is the most lovable, hyper, adorable, SMART, dog I have ever had and I have no worries about her turning on anyone.

 

My Bluto was on the local news a few days ago. Headline story. He was being the example of how nice and good pitbulls can be. I'll try to find some links.

i own 2 pitbulls.. i have a small kennel in which i have tops 2 litters a year and they are all sold under contracts and some i require a spay/neuter contract..
here they r the rednose is NALA and the black and white is BUD
