I wish I did because I still hate the fucker for doing it! Squirrels didn't come back to this neighborhood for months afterward...
First call him and tell him to cleanup the mess he made. If he doesn't then call who ever you feel you need to.
I really think some people should not be allowed to handle these types of things. I see automotive places wash oil down the drains sometimes and I think...that's going into our water treatment and we are essentially drinking motor oil...hmm....
Most automotive places' drains don't drain into the sewer, but rather a reserve tank which is emptied and disposed of properly. EPA regulations wouldn't allow them to just wash it down the drain.
He's lazy as hell, and probably doesn't give a fuck.. He ingests cocaine(probably crack). if you set a bucket outside with no lid on it, what do you think will happen? this man's old enough to know that.
OK, so the bucket is gone, but the mess hasn't been touched... I guess no grass will grow there for a few years.... Fucking dickhead.. IT's been his turn to mow the lawn all summer. We share a yard, seeing as we live in a duplex.. One week I mow, next week he mows. I think he's mowed our yard once this year. But he mows the other neighbors' yard EVERY WEEK. He smokes crack, and I think it has something to do with his little bobo rocks.
Overturn the soil in the affected area, take a weed burner(one those big torch things) and set it on fire.
the soil is just the strip of grass between the alleyway and the garage door. about 2 feet wide, but runs the whole width of the garage. I really don't care enough about it to turn the soil, but I'd rather not have it being tracked around everywhere..
In that case I'd recommend not confronting him. And you're probably best to leave authority out of it. Maybe just let him know what happened and ask him to help you clean it up.
