I'm an Aquarian, and gravitate towards other Aquarians and Librans.

Obv those signs get my vote.

 

Most Aquarians to me seem tempered and need to get their way. Which i am the opposite with me being a Libra. So im not sure, i get along with other Libras as well as Geminis. Leos seem full of themselves and firey. Never became friends with an Aries yet. Taurus' seem tempered as well. The Virgos i've met are very nice people as well as knowing what they want.. Really i don't think its possible to just pick one with the best personality since we all have good traits and bad traits no matter how you look at it.
