    Huh?

Sometimes people feel their chakras or strengths of energy in different parts of their body...I am sure it is all psychosamatic....but who knows?

    Vas deferens.

I also have some decent upper body strength, nothing that bodybuilders or athletes would respect, but compared to most of my sedentary countrymen...

I have shit for lower body strength - my legs work fine and all, but I don't run or anything - they even look weak and flabby. I don't have a problem supporting myself and anything I might need to carry, but I need to get back into cycling.

my legs have always been stronger than most other girls I have ever known.....and many men, too....
my back hurts sometimes, so that can be a weak spot...and makes it hard for me to lift anything heavy some times.....and I don't have miss universe strong arms....lol

that's because you were born into an era where humanity's technology has outstripped our need for strength. For the bulk of human history physical strength has played a very important role.

I know a lot of people refuse to believe in chi/prana/ki etc.

I practice it with kung fu and associated stuff. Some people do seem to imagine it all because their chi isn't developed enough. Prob because their exercises aren't intensive enough.

I can ciruclate it a fair bit. So I notice it with punches, after I've managed to sink my chi. It basically feels like a giant is standing behind me swinging my arms and hips for me.
Its a weird feeling, but the difference in punch power is much to big to be psychosamatic, IMO.

Likewise, you get it with sexual qi gong stuff. Basically you can raise the chi thro different places. I remember the first time, it trapped in my stomach, which was weird. It felt *exactly* like my abdominal muscles had a boner - sort of really hot and tingly hahha!!

Legs, big time. I'm a biker and dancer for years, plus I walk whenever I go (no car for me), so all that exercice toned my legs nicely. My arms used to be my weak spot but they're getting stronger nowadays, I guess the workout and efforts I make on a daily basis (stroller carrying plus baby lifting, rocking and holding) help to strenghten them up. I still have to wait before going back to yoga to tone up my mid-section tho, I haven't fully recovered yet from the c-section. I'm nervous to exercise that part of my body after such a major surgery tho, I hope my muscles and the tissues around my scar will be OK.

Definitely my legs. I can run a 1/4 mile in under 50 seconds. Though, that was in high school and, later on, in the army. I can still run very fast, but the fact that I haven't exercised in years, 10-20 seconds have probably been added to my 1/4 mile.
