Any wannabe hippe nowadays would be jus the same as someone being a wigger, nobody in this world today could bring back the feeling and culture hippies brought way back when. I mean, I smoke weed, but I dont w ear hippe clothes, I wear exco,mecca,G unit etc;. while the next person wears the next ty pe. And people are not saying t hey are doing it wrong, they are helping people out with knowledge. the main idea of Hippies which doesnt exist today, in my mind at least is the idea of "people power" hippies in the 60's could actually effect the government and how things ran, worked etc. PEOPLE had power.

now no one gives a shit and the government just runs over everyone.

I do enjoy a nice dutch now and then, and I generally prefer taking gravities while driving around in a '96 Camry with a broke-ass CD player, an ashtray that jams and never opens, and mirrors that don't adjust anymore. If I could afford a Bentley, I'd rather take the money to A.G. Edwards, invest in Google, then wait three or so years for the shares to jump from $175 to $350. Then I'd just keep it in CDs, invest in property, keep a bank account open, then follow bands around for awhile.

and about the hippy thing, idk it seems like a cool way to live life. i know the hippy movement isnt on like it was in the sixties, but still just the lifestyle. mmmm. i smell a retirement plan.
