Twas bitter, led to contemplation. I really think that the hoffmans are ald-52 because of the duration. Wonderful chemical, but probably not LSD considering an extremely profound experience that lasted only about 8 hours, where luce usually lasts at least twelve. I dunno if ald-52 has a taste or not, but the only other obvious explaination for the bitterness would be the ink on the blotter.

Oh really. Well Desos how many things in your life have you adopted from whatever cultural sub group that you identify with? Hair style? clothing style? Genre of music? language and group specific slang? even drug preferences?

So take an inventory of yourself and notice how many things you do ,say, wear, listen too etc that are adopted from your "group".

Maybe it would be easier for you to consider some other counter-cultural group, maybe punks, or surfers, how about goth or emo?

Like it or not, the Grateful Dead ARE a component of the "hippie" counter culture and I'm sure a lot of "hippies" listen to them solely based on their identification with that counter culture, rather than from a genuine love of their music.

Gee look at all the hippies at the festival, all wearing the same style clothes, listening to the same style of music and taking the same type of drugs, yet each and every one of them will proclaim themselves to be an individual and they are expressing their individuality.

Back on subject, what about it makes you think it was ALD-52.
Have you ever had what was confirmed to be ALD-52 for comparison?
I ask honestly because I have never met anyone that had it knowingly, and from some sources I've read it supposedly converts to LSD in the human body anyway.
And according to Shulgin you have to make LSD-25 and then convert it into ALD-52. That is why Owsley's defense that Orange Sunshine was ALD-52 didn't hold up in court, because he made an illegal substance as a precursor to a legal one.
If that is the case then there is absolutely no benefit to making ALD-52.

Well, there is no way for me to know what REALLY is on any blotter unless I talk with a chemist. I have heard that it lasts shorter than LSD, but the effects are almost the same. Exactly the same to the unexperienced I would guess, but who really knows? All trips are different. ALD52, ETH LAD or whatever... I dont really think it matters too much to us.



All I REALLY know, is that the 2010s, as clean and powerful as they are, last a short amount of time comapared to other blotters of that quality. Others agree. I guess da truth is... lysergamides are fuckin sweeet.

 

Lots of stuff I've read contradicts the possibility of ald52 even being available to the public, apparently it degrades within days back to lsd, and also degrades during metabolism.

Have you thought about lsm?, apparently its dosage is a little hgiher than lsd, lasts 4-8 hours, and AFAIK is almost exact in effects.

do you think its definately a lysergamide?
