Someone has to say it once and for all. If you have a lot of money, it doesn't make you and bad person per say, it could mean you're a really hard worker and all your efforts paid off.

It's whenever you and your partner feel ready. Nobody can tell you when the right time is or isnt. Only you can know. Evaluate your money situation, your relationship and your sources of support within your families and the community to see if the two of you will have help (i.e. babysitting, playmates, people to give you advice etc).
