Most women prefer a penis of about 8 inches or so, even though most won't admit it because they don't want to make guys feel bad and stuff, which is very understandable. A guy's penis is about the worst thing for a girl to insult, just as bad as when a guy calls a girl fat or ugly. I'm really against that, you should NEVER call any girl fat or ugly, or girls should NEVER call a guy's penis small... both are just plain cruel.
