OZ IF you know how to have a party+ have fun ,it really dont matter what country you are. in . But in general the Spaniards do have more and bigger festivals than either French ,Germans ,or British . But to have a great party all you need is the right people in the right place "away from the larger society and law enforcement".

 

ahaha, why away from law enforcement...!? We can drink at 15 and if you're thinking about the music, well we've never had any complaints even tho it's loud music open sky...

We've only had the cops show up a few times, but they just tells us to keep it down and don't destroy things... But we never listen tho

Dude, I was laughin' cos as any regular visitor knows, Spain is ablsolutely chock-a-block with party people...but they nearly all are brit and german tourists

Spain has a good festival scene...but for my money yer wanna be heading east...Holland, Northern Italy....Prague is spectacular :sunglasse

As for britain, we still know how to party (although illegal gatherings are now few and far between).......but we got that damned brit weather always spoiling it

enlighten me... if it's legal to drink, legal to be gathering and legal to play loud music and freak out... then the only thing I can see is to smoke lots of pot and make crop circles (wich is quite fun by the way).... Unless ofcourse you gather in places that are illegal to be, but there're not all too many of those around

 

that's the trouble with the UK these days...it ain't legal, the Criminal Justice Act put paid to the hedonistic days of illegal raves in the late 80's/early 90's (good days )

these days kids have to pay a fortune for legal festies like Glastonbury.....no free parties no more

OZ a Black Sabbath concert "2 of them i went in 1972 and 1973" were $6.50 entrance fee . 1 ounce of pot "not real good or extreme quality" was $25.00 or 12.50 pounds, the better stuff was $35.00 or $60.00, it was higher in upstate but this was the MJ entry town . Most cops either tore the bag up and told us to leave or keep it. and if you did go to court not much really happen to you. Not the same today!.

 

I think he means as a society or comunity.. invite your neighbours to a party .. heck invite the neighborhod.. Law enforcement will be knocking at your door before 8pm.

I don't think it was the CJA .. just it got better in other countries there 'scene' caught up with ours and as usual we got left behind.. plus it aint so cool to be dropping pills in the middle of know where any more..'times they are a changin'
