i dye my hair. i wash my hair. i typically lose my brush/comb, but so long as it's conditioned i can go months without brushing it, that's how straight it is. there's a reason you never saw native americans with dreads.
Its straight as a stick and its a bit past my hips in length, soon to be a meter long! I usually comb it out and I henna'd it a few months back, the tips still have a reddish shine to them, but on the top its a little more washed out getting my own dark blonde/ medium brown back. I wash my hair every few days and I do not use heat on it except for warm water. Its currently in a nice state. As for a picture: This is the day I had it cut most recently; thats a few months ago now and it still looks about the same only a few cm longer.
curly curly curly... and red... and kinda crazy. half the time, i just run a comb through it in the shower... plus it's long... half way down my back curly, and waist length straight.
Wavy and past my tits... ...brown and black with bleached bangs... So of course, I'm being Rogue for Hween ^_^
Mine is straight and doesn't do too much. It's thick and slippery so a lot of the times when I pull it back, it won't stay in the clip or scrunchie. I've tried dreading it before, but it's just too slick.
When I go out of the house: I wash my hair first, towel dry some, put a small dab of mousse, blow dry, curl it (with rollers for 10 minutes), and then I style (with hairspray). When I'm home all day: Just blow dry and leave alone. Sometimes I'll put in a leave-in conditioner.
22 Months Of Growing Dreadlocks The Natural Way, Finally They Have Stopped Shrinking, Started Growing And Are About 4 Inches Below My Shoulders At The Sides, And 8 Inches Below My Shoulders At The Back.... At My Age I Should Know Better, But Hey, I'm Going To Be Dead For A Very Long Time, So Why Not Go For It.??.... Cheers Glen.
Long and curly. I use my hand as a comb but after a year i either have to cut it or it starts to really take off with dreads. Last time after almost 3 years i cut, this time ima work on dreads. My hair is begging to dread itself.
short and fine/whispy. If I grow it out it starts to get curly. Sometimes I comb it, but usually fluff it with my hands to get it into basically the right placement.
I have dark brown straight hair that is styled similar to what the movie stars from the 40s and 50s styled theirs. Picture Gregory Peck or Cary Grant. It looks like that. Probably as "un-hippy" like as possible.
I shave my head usually. Bic it bald. If i let it grow its curly. nappy. to hard to manage. so no thanks. lol
