Eggs sunny side up with avocado, cottage cheese, and black coffee. Or mimosas. Kind of depends where I am in life.
It's more of a hangover cure, but.. I call this the Kirchburg Kure. Small potato cubes, the size of cheese cubes I guess. Diced up Kransky, diced up Bratwurst. Chuck all that in a pan fry it up. Then mince, typically lamb mice, throw all that in there too cook that up. Bacon, throw that in cook that up. Crack few eggs on top, yep you guessed it, stir that in cook pthat up. Serve with beer.
Eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Toast & Coffee – fairly traditional but it tastes delicious. What do I actually have time for every morning; Toasted Bagels and Milk Untoasted Bagels and Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese A glass of Orange Juice A cup of coffee and doughnuts
If I have time for a cup of coffee, I'm batting a thousand. Most of the time--weekdays anyway--breakfast consists of whatever toothpaste I swallow while brushing my teeth
eggs, over easy - 3-5 red flannel hash, light on the potatoes sausage or bacon (homemade, and if it's bacon, it's loin bacon) whole milk (quart) mixed berry smoothie (mixed berries, banana, water, or sometimes part of my milk portion) several tablespoons of butter
This was actually made for me in Kirchberg Austria, in a hostel very similar to what I work in and we went down hill mountain bike riding and stopped at a cabin in the woods that was an eatery and our guide knew the chef and that's exactly what he cooked up for us. I've added bits and pieces like he never had sausage in there, that's all mine lol. And yes, it was 10am and served with beer and I felt magnificent afterwards.
Two cups of coffee, two eggs, scrambled or over medium, 2 strips of bacon, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, three ore cups of coffee.
I haven't eaten breakfast in years because my system can only handle one meal a day and that's usually some time between noon and three. But I'd love to be able to have my favorite breakfast again, Two large biscuits broken in half on a plate. Cover with a generous amount of sausage gravy. Add two eggs cooked over easy to the top. Sprinkle some Tobasco and squirt some ketchup over the mound and enjoy!
