Yeah. But after eating the country omelette they're a little hard to put down. I have several bites and take the remainder home to my dog. He likes iHop too.
An english muffin w/ butter, a fried egg, 2 slices of fried vegetarian sandwich "ham", fried tomatoes, fresh cooked spinach w/ olive oil, and hot tea w/ almond milk & sugar.

I'll get on kicks of different things for breakfast. For a while it was Lucky Charms with coconut milk, though I'm getting bored with that and probably going back to fruit and grain bars for a while... sometimes I like a Clif bar or Luna bar (especially the lemon luna bars, sooo good) or a Larabar, and a lot of times I'll just grab a piece of fresh fruit.
