Whats Your Favorite T.V Ad atm?

i have that, its quite nice really.

 

Do you remember the maccas ad? "sometimes I leave... and I want to go back there."

Oh my god, in israel, during the ad breaks, they always show every ad twice... TWICE. AS IF ONCE WASN'T BAD ENOUGH.

But wait... there's more...

Not only do they show every ad twice.... they also show them ONE AFTER EACH OTHER. So you see the SAME ad TWICE IN A ROW.

It just shits me up the wall.

I hate repetition.

 

at the moment my favourite ad's are the Sky Digital ad's they are a crack up. oh and the Tim Tams one where the Genie knocks the guy over and he gets up like staraight away and goes "I'm fine" lol brings me to tears hehe.

Favourite ad of all time has to be the L.A.D.S ad for Carlton Stripe beer, that was the best, and they were even in a Kingswood

lol what about the one where that guy rides a bike alongside the cheetah then tackles it and puts his hand in its mouth to get the mountain dew?? hehehe that ad is so funny!

 

omg THE TIMTAM GENIE IS SO HOT and i didn't mean for that caps, but bitchy keyboard stikes again.

but yes. he is hot. so very hot.

I saw that ad where the guy comes out of the dairy with flowers and he sits next to the 2 ladies waiting for the bus and the first lady says to him
"You know, she'll probably like some choclates with those."
and when he comes out of the dairy with a box of choclates to sit down, the second lady says
"Some bubbles would be nice."
So he comes out of the dairy with Sparkling Grape Juice, and the lady's like
"Oh grape juice".

Then when the bus comes, the bus driver points to the sign saying no food or beverages allowed on the bus, so the guy gives the choclate and sparkling grape juice
to the ladies and then the bus drives away.
Then the ladies say something like "wow that was unexpected" or something like that.
it was funny anyway. i like that ad.

I havent actually seen the ad (being in Israel) but have had about ten billion people explain to me that there is an ad in nz at the mo to do with potatoes. These two potatoes are in the ground, and one says to the other "Oh, I love you Desiree!" and the other says "I love you too Eddie" etc etc until they get ripped out of the ground and taken to their fiery potato-ey deaths....

I find this kinda disturbing - just 'cos my parents' names happen to be Desiree and Eddie.....Makes me wonder how much my family has changed in the year I've been away...

 

you know i met the girl that ACTUALLY did that ad. she was from clifton terrace school.

she did those macintosh school computer super market recipt advert thingy too, the one run by wollys and stuff.
