    A week or so ago I was on a plane and they gave a snack which was some crackers, and smoked gouda cheese spread. It was my first time having it. I must admit it rocked my socks. (ahah I almost typed rocked my cock. That would speak pretty well of a cheese if it rocked my cock)

    Do they have it as a solid too? I have to find some more! Pepper jack still rules though.

    I like cheddar by itself, american on sandwiches, parmeasean on pasta........ahhh i cant have a favorite cheese!!!!

    I live 20 miles away from where it was invented.
    Cheddar Gorge in Somereset, (UK) made it first and typical
    British they forgot to ''patent'' the name, btw.
    Cheddar Gorge in Somerset is famous for having underground
    ''caves'' as well, where they used to store it.

    dude the best stuff is dutch smoked cheese!!... also smoked cheddar is good on nachos (especially flavoured nachos)
