Very hard... my top three are pasta, potatoes, and brown rice; the staples of my diet. Nothing like a carb high!

Brown rice is my favorite, with potatoes and pasta tied for the number two spot. Carbohydrates do not make you fat; fat does. Problems only occur when you eat the heavily refined foods like white flour, white sugar and the like. Carbohydrates in their natural forms like brown rice, potatoes and pasta will not make you fat.
I can't decide between rice and potatoes. But I have an issue with gluten, so rice and potatoes are about the only carbs I can get! Fortunately, I love them both.
Gotta be cereal. I could eat boxes and boxes of it Especially Froot Loops, Reese's Puffs, and Kashi Organic Promise. I love them to death!
