If I could have ANYTHING I wanted (but have never tried), I'd take Adderall, MDMA, hydromorphone, and probably OxyContin or some other opiate. Not all at once though :O

Everything on your 'want to try' list is well worth doing with the exception of DXM.
If you manage to find ketamine it's a similar but much better drug in my opinion.

Ayahuasca's vaguely similar to n,n-DMT but obviously you take it orally so the trip's much longer.
I'm more interested in just taking n,n-DMT orally with an MAOi as the effects are very similar but you most likely won't have to deal with the nausea and inevitable purge.

Also, cocaine, heroin and methamp are all worth trying if you can find a source for high quality products.
Otherwise you're most likely going to get something very, very impure and your experience will reflect this.
