I can think of a few; my number one dream job would be to harvest opium in Afghanistan, if only the US military weren't involved. I'd be content to cut, gather and dry poppies all day, smoking opium all the while, and reading the Qur'an to my wife and children in a barn where our single-room quarters are directly above where the animals sleep, cradling my AK in the hours just before dawn prayer. Working at a Percocet factory sounds tempting, but ultimately, not as mystical and magical.
Working at a Percocet factory, while dreamy, is not altogether as whimsical either. I could also find peace of mind being a new pizza restaurant tester, or running a brewery as a monk, or working on the Final Fantasy development team; reviewing music while being paid to travel the world and crate-dig for records..
When I was little I loooved dinosaurs and wanted to be a paleontologist. I would read books on dinosaurs and even write little reports on my computer about dinosaurs haha. Now my dream job would be a psychologist. One that studies serial killers. When my brother was little he wanted to grow up to be a garbage man so he could ride on the back of the truck hahah.
