Whats the best "legal" high?

Sooooo not true. I spent $2,500 getting out of a felony charge for possession of <1/8 of shrooms in VA. You can, however, order spores to most states, but not GA.

But shrooms are amazing and should be legal. 2c-i for me, unless you consider the analog law. If so, then Kratom.

Not counting unscheduled research chemicals, I would say Kratom is a pretty good plant with some very real effects.

2C-I is an analouge of 2c-b, which related to mescaline and MDMA in chemical structure, it is not a "smart drug" its a drug drug, dont spread misinformation

Hello, As a very experienced herbal high (ab)user, I have a quick question to ask, Has anyone ever heard of the two herbal high "Shrooms" and "Cherries"?

Well has anyone ever took 3 shroom tabs and one cherrie tabs? Or anyone got a fair idea if i be a good trip? Let me know,

I would say mescaline but in the san pedro or not it's not legal. I'd have to say either Kratom or an herbal incense blend until they get scheduled.

#2, none, as having the 'legal' part eliminates most of the choices for a 'good' high... if forced at gunpoint though, I would choose salvia as the best from the choices offered...

And as for the legailty of shrooms... this stuff isn't a mystery you know, you have access to the net if you are reading this, so use it....

 

Okay people.
Here in my town, mushrooms CAN be done in a legal fashion.
They follow the laws similar to the san pedro. Growing the mushrooms is legal, eating/drying them is illegal.
As for DXM, I find its more pleasant at a low dose with a good amount of herb, and try to get a DXM pure spray, much cleaner trip and no need to extract, as its only diluted in flavored saline solution.
Salvia is amazing, but not what i would call a "recreational high"
the 2c's are slowly falling into prohibition, as with salvia.
LSA is a good high if you extract correctly.
Alcohol is a disgusting thing, with no depth to the experience.
As for my favorite legal high. Auyhaska. Ummy :]

 

This poll is stupid, how is kratom not an option? None of the listed plants are highs, theyre entheogens.

 

LSA and mescaline containing cactus's are NOT legal highs. It is legal to own LSA containing flowers or seeds, or a mescaline containing cactus, only if its for decoration or landscaping. LSA is schedule 3 and mescaline is schedule 1. If you got pulled over and had a bag of weed in one pocket, and a bag of morning glory seeds in the other, you would likely be charged for it (but as its schedule 3, you would only get a fine). If you had a bag of dried peyote buttons in your pocket, you would be arrested.

Also, what about DXM, or shit, by far the most popular legal drug, alcohol. I think that if it came down to it, my favorite legal high is alcohol.
