I figured out how to put dynamically allocated data structures into static arrays in C language. I think a lot of newer languages essentially do this for you, but I'm somewhat giddy about learning it. I don't think I have the type of mind where I can use just any function and figure out what it's doing via abstraction or encapsulation.

 

I'm not ready to jump into anything yet. I need to make my millions first, get somewhere decent to live. It's also a matter of sorting through the women who seem genuine. I do like Eastern European women though. We'll see.

 

This sounds interesting. I've thought about doing an evening class in computer programming myself. The perfect logic of it appeals to me.

It's a beautiful day today. I didn't expect that. It's not cold, feels like early spring.
There's light breeze and it feels wonderful.
Even the air feels extra fresh.

I think I might hop on a bike and enjoy the weather, as soon as I'm done with my morning coffee.

I'd recommend learning C if you like the "perfect logic" aspect of programming, but it's not really a language used in a lot of modern applications involving the web. Some of the newer popular languages, such as Javascript, utilize implicit type casting, which basically means the program "guesses" to what respect you are attempting to use the data.

 

This is what I mean, the input is exactly the same in the 2 languages but the output is different.

 

What exactly is Visual Basic? Is it basically just a library to provide functionality to convert C++ into bitmap or vector graphics? or is it something different?

 

I learned a bit of BASIC back in the '80s. I really enjoyed it. There's certainly something very satisfying about the structure of it all.
